Refund : - No refund policy
Transfer to another person : - In the event that an individual is unable to attend the program due to personal reasons, they have the option to transfer their enrolment to another person for the registered program. This transfer must be communicated to the studio 10 days prior to the program commencement to facilitate the addition of the replacement individual to the group.
Missed Sessions : - No refund is offered for the missed sessions.
Studio Closure : - If the studio is forced to close due to factors outside of our control such as severe weather conditions, or an infectious disease such as Covid-19, we will reschedule the paused sessions. However we will not offer any refunds.
